The mezco definitely fits in with most lines much better. Legends, gi joe, mafex, shf and mezco themselves are usually about 6 inches/ft. The neca one would be like 8 to 9 ft. tall compared to all those lines and only fit with neca and mcfarlane. While mezco is like 6 to 7 ft. Way more realistic.
Here's how this video should've been made. Round 1 DURABILITY!!! Mezco Wins!! Flawless Victory... Fatality!!! Because NECA figures are so brittle you dare not move them. Wich is kind of stupid when you concider they're supposed to be Action Figures. Mezco are High Quality for me.
While I do not own the mezco figure, from what I've seen I think the face sculpt looks a lot better on the neca. I think the sculpt in general looks a bit better on the neca figure.
Simple,if you collect action figure and your goal is to get as much figure as you can and you are on a budget than Mattel,Hasbro or Neca will do the trick. If you are a collector who want movie accurate action figure than you want to get Hot Toys,Mezco one 12,Sh Figuarts,Mafex.
accessories and articulation doesnt matter to me if the actual figure looks boring or wrong..i think even the mezco fans will agree the mezco jason doesnt look like jason vorhees, it looks like a generic toy with a hockey mask..the clothes doesnt even add to the looks, it even made the toy look more like cheap toy..
Why is price even a point. If anything movie accuracy should replace that because that actually would affect someone's chance of buying it more than price
Because movie accuracy does not impact whether or not the figure directly is good. It is incorporated in sculpt and paint - reference my Godzilla 2014 one - but absolutely price will affect whether or not someone will purchase the item. If you have $60, can you buy the Mezco at MSRP? That influences your decision.
@@StevensToyReviews yeah I understand your point, yes the price point definitely would and does affect my decision to buy figures. (Also im not a hater I actually really like your videos)
NECA. Mezco is doing some sweet work, but they're overpriced, and I've said it a million times, cloth goods just don't scale that small. They're doll clothes, they look like doll clothes. NECA's sculpted clothing detail really sells the realism. Wrinkles, folds...everything you don't get with doll clothes.
Companies like Mezco and Hot Toys are killing it wil the head sculpts but overkill in the soft good. Maybe I'm just to close minded but the soft goods puts them in the doll category. Look at Mattel and their Marvel/Barbie crossover, looks like mezco/hot toys but its a doll.
Neca is $30 retail and overpriced everywhere else. Mezco is $80 retail and not too overpriced everywhere else If you want a functional good looking figure you can fix up too then grab the Mezco. If you want a “figure” you leave in the box or pose once and never again then get the Neca

This video showed it's not that simple.
Nice, and what if you make a top 5 list of neca godzilla figures?
Ok
I love those kinds of videos!
But the neca is for other 7 inch figures. To big for 1/12-6 inch figures like marvel legends, SHF etc. Mezco all day.
It's almost as if you didn't listen to me 🤔
Steven's Toy Reviews nah I didn’t.
@@RobZomBOfficial bruh not listening to someone and just saying your opinion instead is kinda stupid

kamatakun channel hfffgurfbuerggdushuydwydaeuydvyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaAaaaaaaasssss
obviously the better deal is neca cuz it's less expensive
Neca will always win with price
I’m sure I’m far from the first person to suggest this but would you consider doing a shin awakening/spitfire figure fight?
They are all most likely to be repaints of figures he already covered so there is no point of rehashing the same video
