I think custom for this server. In regular V83 it's usually trash from what I remember.

I've been testing this in horizons. FA isnt just a damage boost, it animation cancels crusher which is why your hits per second is much faster. The increase for fury is alot more negligible because fury doesn't have that long of an animation to cancel.
