I remember being angry because he just didn't get tired, kept kissing his bat and continued wonderful strokeplay. There just seemed no flaw to his game. My anger would slowly transform to respect over the years. Well done Mahela. You deserve it. And I was proud to see you finally win the World title in 2014, even though again, it was against India. SL's second best captain ever 💙
I have never ever seen such a silkyness in stroke making other than from Jayawardena and Sangakkara. They have this class, charm, aroma, elegance, technique and touch. When they swing the bat its like a dance. You can watch them all day long. Pure mediation!

Ours players may not be physically power ful but when they tap into their skills they are more destructive but this js something we are lacking, I believe coaching under Jayawardena would surely benefit this team and be the tiger that we need.
