South Korea was an amazing place to live and explore. The food never disappointed and being able to travel, hike, and local festivals gives everyone something to do. Hi from the USA. I am excited to see what you all get up to. It was a place I was lucky to call home for two years.

south korea is not a peninsula, practically an island nation. they surrounded by powerful countries CHN, RUS, JPN. so they’ve worked super hard just to SURVIVE. their tremendous passion and effort might be the reason behind this miracle. that's why i love south korea so xuckin much.
And that also turned South Korea into a powerful country itself. One of the most powerful in the world in fact. It has the 7th largest developed economy and the 5th most powerful armed force. It also possesses the capacity to mass produce the gold of the future, which are semiconductors
One of the main factors of their development is attributed to intervention of the USA after the Korean War, before that they were constantly invaded by China and japan for thousand years. And the existence of N. Korea helped to become a global military power.

Great editing job, and historical facts, you guys really did your research before uploading. Thank you for an awesome vlog. Most first-time vloggers putting up their "First time in South Korea" would just show where they are and where they're going. But do not give the history of South Korea. The cold noodle soup is called Naengmyeon. It would help if you had asked for scissors, or they would normally cut it for you. You can also add vinegar and mustard to the soup base, giving it a tangy and spicy taste. I really enjoyed watching your video. 👏 👍
When you eat naengmyeon(cold noodle) for the first time, you may be confused because it is difficult to understand what it tastes like. What is the direction of this joint? It's not easy to figure out. This is because it is cold, and there is no savory or sweet taste especially felt in milk or butter. If you repeat it twice or three times, you will finally admit that there are other flavors besides sweet or savory.
I'm an American who has been living in Korea for approximately 15 years. I don't know if you've sensed it, but Korea is currently experiencing challenging times. It would have been preferable if these issues had arisen before COVID-19. Presently, people are grappling with the aftermath of the government's impractical economic policies, soaring prices, and bureaucrats who pose a threat to democracy. This is why their greetings may not be as cheerful as before. However, please make sure to return in a few years. By then, the situation is bound to have changed for the better.
Hello, thank you very much for sharing this with us and everyone who is reading this insightful comment. We would definitely love to return back to Korea to learn more and visit different parts of the country. It was a little challenging this time as we were travelling with my sister.

@@서경덕.徐坰徳I can see you are not Korean. But I prefer you to study about the history, bro. First, I don't hate Japan personally but history is history. If you find out how much they exploited from Korea during Japanese invasions and colonial period, then you would not say like that. Japan got wealth because they took everything from Korea such as golds, resources, cultural heritages, people's lives, and ect. And they did human experimentation called Maruta, made young girls prostitutes for their Army, and genocide people for no reason. At what point, Koreans can appreciate what Japan did to us? None of Koreans appreciate what Japan did to us in the past.
@@서경덕.徐坰徳 you are obviously not korean, Are you speaking from the perspective of colonial logic, acknowledging the fact that Japan illegally plundered Korea, taking not only a significant amount of resources but even the utensils of the Korean people for the production of steel to be used in World War II?

You need to have the ' camera stabilizer' feature ON. It started to become difficult & dizzing trying to watch your video. Great content and interesting.
Welcome to Korea! I'm happy to see your video!
Its always fun to see Korea from the perspective of someone who is just visiting! Bit funny at 7:35 how you mention you can see the entirety of the city when you can barely see 5% of it from that overpass. It's just too massive 😅
Thank you for your visiting korea ♡♡ good luck you two!! ♡♡

Hope you enjoy your journey in KoREa!

If you study a little about Korea then you’ll see that we sacrificed a lot and worked tremendously hard to become what it is today. Glad you guys are enjoying Seoul ~ ❤
So Peking duck or Korean BBQ? 😂
@@서경덕.徐坰徳 아가리
