You could also use the mine cart system to travel around the area if you have favor. I got 100% favor in all the areas. Use fairy ring to CIS and use mine carts to the different areas from there. And I got to recolor my graceful set to the best colors.
You can recommend players to use a Neckalce of Passage. They are cheap and low level ironman can get them easily. They pretty much offer the same use as a slayer ring for a teleport to the Wizards Tower near Draynor
I don't know why he didn't mention it, but you can use the skills necklace to go to the Farming Guild, if you don't have the fairy rings or battlefront tele.

For everyone. Make sure that you have unlocked the fairy ring for CIS if you are taking it. at 4:00 he doesn't mention it. Take 80k gold at the beginning of the quest, and go north after talking to Mori for the first time to unlock it.
Stamina potions are the best item ever invented on Runescape. The only reason they cost so much is to prevent PK targets from escaping easier. Stupid I know. Shouldn’t have to spend 6k each.
