Fascinating and very well presented telling the story in such a way that I am mesmerized. Keep these coming because the storytelling is compelling and nothing like what I grew up with in my history books of art. It adds another dimension which we need in today’s world to understand our love of art and its sometimes tragic relationship to society.

I can recommend Peter Greeanway's " Rembrandt J'Accuse" a film/documentary from 2008 with Martin Freeman, Eva Birthisle, Jodhi May. It's an interpretation of the symbolism depicted in the Nightwatch. It gives an explaination to why the two small girls ( there are two- one behind the other- which this presenter ignores) are given a prominent place, with light illumination the girl in the forefront. It givet a fascinating interpretation of the relation between the characters depicted in the picture. It's a fascinating story.

My favorite painting is actually a watercolor. It's titled " A tuft of Grass ". It was painted by Albrecht Durer. He is better known for his woodblock prints.

The close ups of the brush dabbing paint look like someone who has never painted before trying to look like a painter for a documentary

Sometimes, it seems that, Conservator’s “Conserve” paintings not just because it’s necessary but it’s a trophy for the Resume and for bragging rights.
