I have Chinese eyes as well because I'm mughal, I will definitely try blue on my eyes and get eyeshadow sticks because they're less maintenance. Merci beaucoup
oneworld24 We eat everything/red meat,poultry fish, pasta, rice, dairy, bread, butter but everytime and everyday with a lot of vegetables and some fruits and we eat normal portions. Minimum processed food soda, fruit juice. We love to cook. We enjoy eating good food so much that we have to seat at a table, we don't eat on the go unless we have no choice. We walk a lot because we have no choice lol That's how European cities are made. And we take our time to eat which alow your brain to receive the information that we're full so we do not over eat. We are worldwide known to be slow eaters lol.
I think another factor is that it is socially acceptable to be skinny in France. In many countries, people will tell you to "eat a burger" etc. if you are not a little bit chubby or at least curvy.

growing up with a french family i can tell you we eat a hell of a lot of fish and vegetables
Eat everything in moderation (but a lot of salad/vegetables/fruit), walk around a lot, climb stairs, small portions, NO snacking between meals...
