Let her earn your time. She will value it more and you will see more of her intent early on. Never fall in love with imagination. Be real and let her choose. You can be tough early and then become nice, but you can't be nice early and then become tough (even when pushed).. Good luck, shoot the shot. Miss or make, it's life.

Hey so hopefully you see this message and can answer this in some way. I got in a relationship after being single for 3 years or so. I got in and immediately was too nice and looking back I see that now. She started saying she doesn’t know how she feels obviously cause we rushed it. So I’m trying to pull back a bit, but not be “too tough.” She’s already asked what’s been up, and why I’m being distant. Any advice? Thanks!

It's not the nice guy who needs to change its the woman. If woman leaves you because you treated her with respect and would rather be with someone who treats her like shit she did you a favor. She has low self esteem and that's not the type of energy you need to be around anyway

I hear what you're saying. However, know that you cannot force attraction. At best, you will find a woman who will tolerate you, and she will still be willing to accept all the cash and prizes you give her. However, when you become unwilling or unable to keep giving, she will leave you.
The bottom line is - do not trash others, and put yourself first, always. If she wants to continue seeing you, she will. You will not have to bribe her.
Many very attractive women have been taught they don't have to do anything to be attractive to guys. They just have to show up. Thus they have no impetus to improve themselves. This is one of many reasons guys should put themselves first. It's okay to say 'no' to a woman. Remember to be polite, honest, & direct. It's also okay to politely, honestly, & directly stand your ground. Do these things and you will be happier, and she will be happier.
Become a proper man, and she will becone a proper woman. If you have become a proper man, and she does not become a proper woman, take the loss and move on.

Apollonia I'm only 23 and this video probably related to me the most. The 2 male/father figures that were in my life didn't teach me much or didn't do anything for me to look up to especially when dealing with women and all i had was my mom. She said don't be like neither of them growing up so i tried not to. My first real relationship was my freshman year of college i made her the center of my happiness and i was depressed for 6 months when we broke up. I have also expressed passive aggressive behavior as well. It's crazy how you just described me i will be booking a coaching session soon.

I was never taught how to date or treat a women I was attracted to. So by default I just tried to be a nice as possible and do things for her thinking that would make her like me. Then when it didn't work I just assumed I was ugly and gave up. I understand now from watching all the dating coachs. Now I got to get over the nervousness of talking to women with flirting and bantering. So many guys are just giving up completely, I don't want to do that. Thank you for your videos Apollonia.

Men, our validation has to come from within. Let this confident energy come within because you're achieving your own goals and expectations. This will in turn give you confidence which cause you to carry yourself with the capacity to act in strength and have actions that are done with no expectations. Nice guy syndrome comes from neediness and this neediness repels women like the plague as far as intimate attraction. A woman is drawn to your strength and your individuality, not your desire to appease her. If you're doing nice acts seeking positive validation from women, you will always come up short.

This is video is right on point. With our present gynocentric society, men being raised by single mothers, and every aspect of being a man is being bashed by society. Men no longer have anyone to look up to as an example. The world does need and will always need real men. Whether it's to do the hard jobs that must be done or to be an example to young men.

One thing Appollonia never talks about is what men want. Maybe some of you want to follow a women anywhere she goes, but I don’t. The best advice I can give all the guys out there is to cross of your list any women that isn’t interested in following you. If she doesn’t want to follow you, neither of you will be happy and you are barking up the wrong tree.

Excellent video Apollonia, i really liked how you've created this video for your audience & clients. The only disagreement i have is that men should find their own validation within themselves and not rely to much on outside sources for validation. As a 33 year old man and still learning & growing, i'm at a point of my life where i'm comfortable in my own skin and don't take any mess from anyone, don't mind being alone and staying on my purpose. Men with healthy morals & values nowadays get treated with allot of disrespect from society, our peers, women we are attracted to and even from other men. I could be wrong about this & feel free for anyone to correct me if i am, but as a man & i will be totally wrong for speaking for all men, but we should strive to be our best masculine selves, speak our voice and be unapologetically authentic & sincere with ourselves. Hopefully you all are doing well & many blessings to you.

Well put, thank you. If I can offer parents one piece of advice, is apart from teaching your kids to be well mannered and considerate, please also teach them to value themselves and to know that what they want is equally important. I believe the "mice guy" mindset stems from childhood, especially in kids that are naturally soft hearted and kind.

So I quit drinking and smoking and started my own company and have made it successful. So I have been overly nice and done way to much to try to make up for what I did. But 9 months and I haven’t made a mistake and it hasn’t changed because I feel like she likes that she has power over me.

But if women don’t like nice guys, and if I have to truly modify my behavior to attract a woman, then I don’t want to be a nice guy anymore. I’m just mentally and psychologically exhausted from putting myself out there. Perhaps I’m better off just having a career and being a playboy.

I had guy friends when I was younger. I don't have much in common with men that are agressive. It's extremely rare for men that are timid to change into his 30's or 40's. Not every guy has alpha in them. I just don't have much in common with men other than liking women, none of the men I know like the same women.

I just met a girl, this is pur second date, she said she wants a third date, but i think i am getting into nice guy syndrome. Thank you for this, so i dont step on myself and mess it up.
