The ORIGINAL checkerboard logo for Cartoon Network doing it's thing with true spirit, soul, heart, and passion. I know I'm missing many of these ID bumpers, but here's all I've collected for now, enjoy!
Some of these were just so damn clever as to how they blended them with classic cartoons. And the originally made ones were as good. Also the kid with the watch was way ahead of it's time too. I'm having a fuzzy memory of some of them.
I didn't grow up with the ones from way back, but I love how some of there were original s instead of just the Cartoon Network Logo appearing in certain clips from different shows. Just tells you how much they really cared about their channel.
i did, and i am really sad we will never see anything like this again on CN, because they went woke.
I did good memories

They did brought that idea back in a few bumpers since like 2019. But uh... they weren't in the way as these ones.
19:38 "I am vengeance, I am the night, I am Batman!" One of my favourite CN bumpers.
Same!

Watching the flintstones bloopers brings so much memories to me, watching it in the early 2000’s with my dad laughing at these funny cartoons , I miss that era of cartoons in general ..
I never expect to see any memories of this back in the old days.
Those Chris Savino Flinstones ID's were some of the best, I loved his "On The Rocks" special.
I love Cartoon Network!!! Nothing like the good old days!!!

Some of these were probably co-animated by Craig McCracken, the creator of The PowerPuff Girls.
As a bonus, the PPG station IDs are definitely animated by him.

Cartoon Network should bring back their classic shows again and do these creative logo bumpers again. I mean 90's kids remember watching classic Hannah Barbara cartoons and plenty other older cartoons even though they were reruns. The network needs to run their old shows again and do bumpers like these again.
Sakura Shy A shame they already decided that the older shows are not what they believe will bring in money and viewers.
Maybe I think turner broadcast system should rename boomerang to Cartoon Network Retro

I made this up, but, turns out the Classic logo was an O.S.(Operating System) by one controlling the Cartume Creature robot, standing behind a shack with a big antenna to send commands to the robot.
It be "Carlton Nathans".
Carlton Nathans's ancestor, his great-great grandfather, Cartume Nathans, inherited the castle and had a trusty robot. He tried to find the treasure that once belong to him, but he couldn't figure out how to do it, until hearing the legend of the Cartume Creature in a book, he put his plan into action.
He stole the Servant Bot and disguised it as the Cartume Creature. Plus, he put on the Classic Cartoon Network logo as an operating system, so that he could send commands to the robot to do HIS bidding. But to keep the logo O.S. hidden he had to put 3 different monster masks, including the Cartume Creature's mask.
5:51-The first time Scooby and Shaggy came down the staircase, Carlton was dressed up as the Cartume Creature(a backup costume) to throw them off with the staircase trap. Why? He wanted to keep the robot a secret.
Then, a second time, he was hiding out in a shack with a big radio antenna. Turns out Carlton Nathans used to be a Radio DJ and he hated every second of it. He used his radio antenna to get a strong signal in controlling the Cartume Creature robot. He created the Cartume Creature to scare everyone away, Mystery Inc included, and look for his ancestor's treasure.
5:57-But that plan backfired when Shaggy and Scooby landed/fell on the robot, knocking out the kill switch, deactivating it.
6:01-Fred pulled off the mask, revealed to be two more masks, until the Cartoon Network logo was shown(6:05). Velma then realizes that the Cartoon Network logo is not human, just a head for an automaton. She then takes into account that someone's CONTROLLING the automaton creature. She also claimed that someone would need an antenna to send strong signals to it.
And that was when Mystery Inc discovered a masked man behind the C.N. DJ radio tower controlling. They pulled the black mask off, revealing it to be Carlton Nathans. One of the clues were obvious, *C.N.= The first 2 initials to Cartoon Network logo are ALSO the initials to Carlton Nathans.*
He created the Cartume Creature to scare everyone away, so he could have all of his ancestor's treasure all to himself and start his OWN business. And yet, he would've gotten away with it, if it weren't for those meddling kids.
