I am running a 7900xtx and 9800x3d, but experiencing not a super smooth gameplay, when i zoom in its very smooth, but when i zoom out its like having 60hz..
@ValhallaHLL i fixed my issue.. its smooth with 300fps now, the problem: get automatically the latest Windows updates button... Such a small mistake but with big stutters..

Ram usage? Do you have 32gb? Dont run on 8 or 16gb.
