We are doing this in our Women's Group here at Arkansas Northeastern College.. and can I say, I am blown away!!.. I am a Soprano and at the end of our score we have a C.. I have the pleasure of singing 8va! I am excited about that high C! good job Ladies and Gents!
Very nice. I thought the pitch was quite consistent. Started out on the upper edge of C minor. Finished a tiny bit lower. But it wouldn't be noticeable to normal people. I'm cursed. But the singing and interpretation were just terrific. I wouldn't have noticed the pitch but for the earlier comments.
I was looking all over for a good version to listen to, because the choir I'm in sang this this year. Did someone really hit the high (soprano) C? I wondered if it was an overtone! The ending was exceptional. I loved your performance!!
The dynamics are stunning
holy shit. The female soloist is out of this world!
You should watch your language!
The second lady soloist ummm you better sing!!! And those clear pretty runs yessss!!!! 🙌🏾🎶🎧🎤
Grace and mercy are both expressions of God’s love, grace to the guilty and undeserving, mercy to the needy and helpless

Did the choir start out sharp and then flatten itself to correct it? NYCE.
Correcting myself... That was a high B...
Very nice, I prefer the Blind Boys of Alabama version......
#yoloswagsing
Not my favorite arrangement, but beautiful.
No piano? I play with a piano!
This is an acapella arrangement.
Too Bright
Decent Moses Hogan said freely but not gospel and run. You made this a gospel tune instead of the spiritual it was written as it is.
love the song...but they butchered THIS...
