Probably the same reason clones and their equipment are phased out in the early stages of the empire, and why as a result the storm troopers and their equipment are less effective; the cost of production would be too high. If you're producing millions or billions of something even a minute reduction in cost of production per unit will save you tons of money. Corporations in the real world will pay people ridiculous amounts of money to reduce production costs per unit by only a few cents USD for high volume products.

In the defense of number 5, most Clones or Jedi's first reaction to seeing Battle Droids is to attack, given how much they get shot by them on a daily basis, like how Wreckers first instinct in episode 2 of the Bad Batch was to do just then we those scare crow-like B1s popped up. For number 3, the Malvolance was an evil battleship that had claimed many lives, so destroying it was of massive importance. And I kind of can't take an issue with number 2, because I did the same thing a lot in the Lego Star Wars the Clone Wars video game.
Also, it looks like the only time in a TV series about the Clone Wars that the Republic ever takes Droid prisoners is in that one bit from the opening segment of the Bad Batch's first episode.

In defense of #2, The Droids were one their way to kill some clone troopers, and Yoda did provide a distraction in order for the troopers to survive. Also the droids were shooting the chest area of their fellow B2. If the droids wanted to stop their comrade from shooting at them, they should've shot the arms off. Count Dooku didn't have to kill those pirates that way and it was rather excessive.

@@tntproductions1996 Also, good point. Number 2 was in the middle of a war zone with troops about to be overwhelmed and killed if Yoda didn't do what he did. Expand upon this? Because even though the clones technically didn’t rescue the droid that fell, it could’ve been retrieved for its Episodic Memory Module. And even when Yoda took control of the B2, I’m pretty sure he didn’t outright destroy their Souls, i.e. Episodic Memory Modules…

I feel like there are many more examples of this cruelty and tragic fate that fell upon the B1s like on Agamar the B1 squad lead by the OOM Command Droid B1-268 where they went to greet and ask the Imp Stormtroopers of their intentions there before being blasted by them and crushed by the AT-AT walker that was being deployed for no clear tactical REASON!

i still remember that tcw ep (not sure if that was geonosis) but there was a sand storm and the droids were in a speeder or something and then one fell and got left behind. the droid reached out and weakly called out 'don't leave me' but the others were already far away. (don't know how a droid would 'die' in a sand storm but that scene really stuck with me)
I've always been a fan of the concept of droid sentience in star wars, i read a fanfic once where artoo time travelled back to the clone wars and freed a lot of droids lmao that was fun also it's nice bcs there's an actual ep of artoo working with b1s

@@lordwarlockthangwrath8662 well I tried to be a bit more original than using the 2nd or 11th Primarch which almost everyone else uses.
Made Zach the 26th Primarch from a batch of back-up Primarchs the Big-E made in case any of the ones from the main batch became unusable before "birth" from the tube.

B1: a Star Wars story. A story on a b1 that was damaged and broke free of the main programming and had thoughts of its own. Secretly working to free some of his brothers to live in their own society. I’d watch it.

About the battle droid at the Battle of Teth, they couldn't have helped him anyway as they would've been shot at and possibly killed by the other battle droids and they weren't going to risk their lives and the mission for an enemy battle droid. Besides, they could easily retrieve him later and fix him (not that they did of course).

I'd hope if they brought back droids in the future episodes, there would be a little leniency taken to consideration for the Droids, maybe the rebels could use them.
