Secondly, the seemingly unstoppable ingenuity of man making him also "A powerful cat" "If its outta the bag its outta the bag" is a play on "the cats outta the bag" in this case used to describe the pandoras box effect of technological breakthroughs.
As a third, we have the schroedingers cat reference. Until the cat is released, it's in a quantum alive/dead state. The cat being out of the bag is when find out if an idea is alive or dead in the context of technology.
