Really beautiful Ashley. 💐 Did you know that you can get plastic lids for your half sheets? They fit the standard rolled edge half sheet pans and stand up fairly tall for carrying decorated goods, then you can stack them.

Also, you are soooo beautiful w/o makeup and stunning w/ it! Thanks for the video when you are super busy and stressed to get all this done in a timely fashion!

Well American buttercream is made with icing sugar, butter and water or milk. There are several different types of buttercream…Russian, Italian meringue, etc. I’m not sure which type is most typically used in the UK, but we use it all! 🥰

Royal icing! But could also be done with buttercream directly on the treats
