RRP Safelok Applicator and Remover - Applying and Removing Safelok Clips

The RRP Safelok Applicator and Remover [SAR] unique design and touchscreen controls make it easy for the operator to (1) apply Safelok I®, Safelok III®, Shur-Lok® and Air Boss® type clips, (2) partially remove clips (for easier re-installation later), or (3) completely remove clips.
With a touch of a button, the SAR workheads will automatically lower at the start of work session, and will automatically stow (raise) when the work is done.
The RRP SAR has:
• Fully enclosed cab with climatic a/c and heat controls for operator comfort.
• Equipped with a center “H” Frame turntable that sets on the rails to turn the machine around.
• Easy accessibility to workhead components to perform routine maintenance.
• Excellent operator visibility of the work zone, with the ability to see upcoming ties that need to be worked without overshooting them.
• Un-obstructed operator visibility fore and aft when track traveling.
• Programmable Logic Controlled automation has significantly faster cycle times and automated sensors for easier troubleshooting.
