So since im from gambia i know how to cook theibbou . But we cook it similar . Theres a few differences but they all taste excellent !!! Btw there is no difference between the 2 countrues bcs they were one country until sadly it got divided but we are all the same !!

Food looked really good but I would suggest using a glass container in the microwave so the chemicals in the plastic don't leach into the food and cause health issues down the road

Sali Timite yet is in French. It's a dried snail like dry fish we use back home for the taste of the food. You can find it in your local store if you live abroad.

Yes but when I put alittle water it comes out to hard. I try to level the rice with the water but it's not coming out so nice.
