I was the pally in the ZF clip. I sent that in like 4 weeks ago. We finished the dungeon and we were on our way out. Rogue saw pat and we were hearthing out. Warlock demounted and pulled scarabs because they wanted to try to finish the quest with zero mention of it. You can see me type not to do because ive seen plenty of times how quick a squishy can get wrecked by them. I was in panic especially since A) i didnt wanna do it already and B) when he dragged all the mobs they werent doing any dmg until i even typed for them to do something. I only helped since I had elune. Otherwise i wouldve not even attempted healing them in first place.

If you are not sure it will last long enough: Don't do the jump. Simple. This is of course not an issue, if you can just get resurrected. Then the pally can jump first to allow deeper falls before popping the BoP. But on a hardcore character? Big NOPE! Even if you have a trustworthy person, chances are he has a dc at the moment you do the jump. Then you are dead. The risk is just too damn high on a hardcore character. Which is problem 3.5 with his story. To even suggest jumping down is insane at best (if he really wants to give a BoP), a huge red flag at worst (if he actually wants to kill you). There is zero doubt that he didn't want to kill the guy, especially him switching to another story and trying to gaslight them and play it off as if he never said something different, when he clearly did. That really is the biggest give-away. "Guys, it it is safe. You will survive the fall! See how I made it down safely!" "Dude... you used bubble..." "Uh yeah! I will give you BoP!" Like... what? So what was the plan now in the first place? Every jump is safe with immunity from fall damage. I hate to see people being gaslighted into something they don't really want to do, so someone else can get a kick out of it or money or other stuff.

Especially with a paladin who only has casts to effectively heal. I hope they had a talk and he heard the other side of the story. People need to understand how other classes work. I often hear people complain about other players and their perceived "bad performance", when they have no clue how the class they criticize even works in the first place. If they want a priest healer, they can't invite a paladin and then get upset at the paladin for not being a priest, while they jump around and avoid LoS as if the healer is an enemy mage in an arena match! Some players just want that stream lined gameplay and think every class with the same role works the same way. Just imagine that warrior, when AoE damage dealers complain to him how he isn't holding aggro from the group of 15 little non-elites in the dungeon. He too would be like "guys, wtf do you want from me? My warrior doesn't have consecration like a paladin to do that!" The ignorance and the gall to criticize other players, while at the same time not having a basic understanding to criticize them in the first place rubs me the wrong way. I don't believe you in the slightest and saying that you "accept" the punishment is meaningless, because you have no other choice and it's just damage controll on your part. If you pay attention, you'll see that about 75% of the mistakes starts with people running away and either pulling more stuff and/or making tanking harder from it. If you're not the tank and aggro something, walk the mob to the tank and communicate with them if possible. If you have a aggro-dump ability or one that take you out of combat, use it. Most of these dungeon deaths come from a safely winnable situation to a f***fest really fast because of people running and jumping sideways like bunnies being chased down. Chill on the WASD, dudes.

Ask the next guy who is complaining if he wants to maybe hear your side of the story. If he is willing to listen, that's a start. If not, you can safely put that guy on ignore, knowing that you probably saved a lot of energy and time by not having to expose yourself to that hostile ignorant attitude of this person anymore.
One time i jumped to lava in BRM from opposite side of MC entrance and was still perfectly fine just tick jumping. But this guys has the weakaura to show the ticks and still decides to panic and ignore it. And on top of that he didnt even use his health pot to survive the dmg he took. This is classic gamer at its peak. 👏 Invite guy like this to BRD lava run and he will pull some extra mobs in lava while panicking. Unless the healer is gigachad and tops him off before the panic kicks in.
I've almost lost my pally 3 times and every single time I made it through because I just stayed and fought. If you're gonna die then at least give it a go, don't let em kill you for free.

Nah yall dont get it. In classic era, you don’t automatically dismount when pressing an ability, you need to manually dismount first (pressing mount keybind again) but it hasn’t worked that way in like 15+ years in retail, it got changed in wotlk lol so he was prolly spamming BoP but forgot to dismount first (happened to me all the time in classic tbh…) and you can even see him dismount as the hunter fell. He tried but it was too late. He’s a clown, yes, but he wasn’t griefing. He made a mistake.
WoW has a fairly new gamemode called Hardcore, where if you die you lose your character and have to start over. then factor in that it takes about 150-200 hours to reach lvl 60... :D
Kungen knows his shit. Plus asmonbald attracts the worst around to his banner. So although in any normal manner it’s horde > alliance when it comes to asmongold it’s horde > alliance > Asmongold’s corner of the alliance.
what are some of these addons. saw one in another video that warned him that 2 red elites were nearby. or this lava jumping one. why isn't there a hardcore catagory on curseforge? none of these kinds of addons came by while browsing for addons.
you have to remember that people spend countless hours playing the game having FUN. then they make a mistake and die, and that's the things we see here, a tiny, tiny snippet of a very long and rewarding journey. if it was "agony" nobody would play it. there's a reason why hardcore is so immensly popular, not only in WoW - because it's an extremely fun way of playing games.
I don’t think most of these are sad, most of them are deserved for these idiots doing stupid stuff. Sure, if it was my character and I fucked up and died because of it I’d be angry and sad personally, but it’d still be deserved because I fucked up. There’s certain clips where I do feel bad for the person who dies, like when it isn’t their fault even if they could’ve maybe played a bit better, or if they die to a stupid bug like falling through the world or something like that. A lot of times it really does just come down to either deserved or sucks to suck.
Damn HC looks fun. Wish they had servers. No OCE server in 2023 is sad, especially since we have blizzard servers here in Australia. A lot of them. USA uses us as a serverfarm too, so there's really no reason.

Priest was locked out of every SM instance from doing GY before... he couldn't get into any of em even if he dropped group and went in solo
I don't think he knew the SM wings are all one instance so he was boned anyway.

If you pay attention, you'll see that about 75% of the mistakes starts with people running away and either pulling more stuff and/or making tanking harder from it.
If you're not the tank and aggro something, walk the mob to the tank and communicate with them if possible. If you have a aggro-dump ability or one that take you out of combat, use it.
Most of these dungeon deaths come from a safely winnable situation to a f***fest really fast because of people running and jumping sideways like bunnies being chased down. Chill on the WASD, dudes.

One time i jumped to lava in BRM from opposite side of MC entrance and was still perfectly fine just tick jumping. But this guys has the weakaura to show the ticks and still decides to panic and ignore it. And on top of that he didnt even use his health pot to survive the dmg he took. This is classic gamer at its peak. 👏 Invite guy like this to BRD lava run and he will pull some extra mobs in lava while panicking. Unless the healer is gigachad and tops him off before the panic kicks in.

Nah yall dont get it. In classic era, you don’t automatically dismount when pressing an ability, you need to manually dismount first (pressing mount keybind again) but it hasn’t worked that way in like 15+ years in retail, it got changed in wotlk lol so he was prolly spamming BoP but forgot to dismount first (happened to me all the time in classic tbh…) and you can even see him dismount as the hunter fell. He tried but it was too late.

WoW has a fairly new gamemode called Hardcore, where if you die you lose your character and have to start over. then factor in that it takes about 150-200 hours to reach lvl 60... :D

Kungen knows his shit. Plus asmonbald attracts the worst around to his banner. So although in any normal manner it’s horde > alliance when it comes to asmongold it’s horde > alliance > Asmongold’s corner of the alliance.

you have to remember that people spend countless hours playing the game having FUN. then they make a mistake and die, and that's the things we see here, a tiny, tiny snippet of a very long and rewarding journey. if it was "agony" nobody would play it. there's a reason why hardcore is so immensly popular, not only in WoW - because it's an extremely fun way of playing games.

I don’t think most of these are sad, most of them are deserved for these idiots doing stupid stuff. Sure, if it was my character and I fucked up and died because of it I’d be angry and sad personally, but it’d still be deserved because I fucked up. There’s certain clips where I do feel bad for the person who dies, like when it isn’t their fault even if they could’ve maybe played a bit better, or if they die to a stupid bug like falling through the world or something like that. A lot of times it really does just come down to either deserved or sucks to suck.
