- Cold-Start & pure exhaust SOUND footage of the all-new CUPRA Formentor powered by ABT Sportsline! This car pumps out a whopping 370 hp & 450 Nm of torque (total weight: 1.680 kg). The car is equipped with the full Abt package incl. wheels, exhaust, suspension & power upgrade. Once your judging the numbers please keep in mind that this car runs on wide 20 inch wheels while the stock car we tested only had 19 inch. But please watch yourself and tell me your thoughts? Die Farbe sieht in Verbindung mit den scharzen Felgen echt sehr edel aus!
Die Farbe aufn Formentor hat was.
Abgesehen von den Endrohren, die mir zu groß sind und zu weit raus stehen (natürlich Geschmacksache), finde ich die Kombination mit dem roten Lack und schwarzen Felgen TOP. Gruß Andreas
Endrohrposition und Größe kann man anpassen😜🙌

Der Auspuff sieht aus wie zu lange Vorderzähne. Ist das eine Kennfeldoptimierung oder nur eine Box am Steuergerät?

Probably not as long ABT does not offer it. The 150hp car got a 1.5l engine and this one got 2l.

It will be available in the vz5 model. Sad it's a limited run model.

DANKE für die tolle Erfindung des OPF und dass sich niemand mehr Mühe macht, dass Autos sich gut anhören. Ständig nur Staubsauger gepaart mit unnötigem Geknatter und Geplöppel. Scheiß auf neue Autos.

@@Mrlimbus2060 OPF is part of the problem. And you also obviously didn't understand the whole comment. One other major reason why new cars sound awful is that the law regarding sound measurements in Europe was altered. Before, it was really badly written which is why there is ear blastingly loud valved exhausts that are fully legal because they only had to be quiet during the measurement speeds and engine rpm. And since all the other rpms and speeds are irrelevant in the measurement, they can legally be as loud as possible. It's as stupid as it sounds, hence the change and now very strict measurements.
@@drogenfeld it isnt the problem. Listen to the new f type. Has opf and still loud and sounds good. Its the mufflers and eu sound regs. Not hard to google it bra.

Es ist leider immer das Gleiche,ein paar Pops und Bangs machen den Klang etwas auffällig.
Würde man sich das wegdenken,bleibt praktisch nichts übrig.

Thinking it might ave OPF on it, I reckon a delete of OPF can fix the quietness. Agree on the tone, it sounds allot more smooth than the MK8 golf.

@@mrrbowser Careful about where you're living. Some countries can let you go for not having OPF, but more nations are getting stricter. If you have the time, I'd recommend reinstalling previous OPF installed exhaust system before the 're-registration' and then removing it after you pass. Effort, but I'd say worth it. You still have your ABT system and its OPF delete.

This exhaust is 3k.
Not much exhaust systems yet for this car. Too me this does not sound big difference enough from stock to make want to open up my wallet . Still seem to be very rpm specific just like with stock. On stock pop and bang range is between 3k and 4k .so yeah I probably wait for something better. Stock exhaust and engine sound still sound better on cupra ateca.

Bestimmt nicht. Ich habe den kompletten ABT Umbau und er ist deutlich lauter als Serie!

It only does the pops and bangs when it is in ‘Cupra’ selected mode. Other modes without pops and bangs are available on the selector switch.
