I remember coming back from school on Friday and seeing them on my way home. They were the pioneers of everything Afrobeats enjoys today and I wish men like Baba Keke & D-1 get that recognition till eternity

I adore and admire Keke and D1, God bless this two. They've done great for this country more than our politicians. I've been around too for a long time following their evolution and our music industry. Apart from these duo who lay the foundation former Gov. Donald Duke contributed a great to promote our music industry. This is a man that gave Nigerian musician the platform to showcase their talents. He invited our artists to every Christmas to perform live in Calabar every December. The contributions of Gov. Duke helped the growth of music industry. The governor singlehandedly gave them the platform to perform and presented their music to the world. Thank you guys for bringing Keke to your show. Happy new year, God bless you all
