Huge fan. James was one of the best. I finally got the chance to see him in Santa Cruz but when I showed up he wasn't feeling well. We ended up just hanging out and shooting the shit. Extremely nice man. I miss him, his vocals, and his harp playing.
Hey y'all, this song is titled: "Three Way Party", it's from my 1994 release "Cards On The Table" originally on Black Top Records out of New Orleans. I'm glad you like it and thank you for posting.
Great tone. But I really wonder if the Quilter amps sound as good as the old tube amps James played through in earlier years. I really love the vocal phrasing on this song (not the phrasing of the lyrics, but the phrasing of the musical notes he's singing). James really puts a lot of feeling into this one!
No, the song has only one title. It's called Three Way Party & it's track 7 on Cards On The Table from 1994. There's no confusion here. There is no track on Do Not Disturb called Telephone Blues - that's an old George Smith song, nothing to do with this song.
Why is is cut inbetween guitar Soloing?Don't understand doing like this with such a great guitar player means loosing the respect for the whole song, sorry saying that.
Damn I miss his vocals, BUT his music will live on forever & will always be flawless to the core! Thanks James!!!
RIP James Harman thank you for all of that great Music !
He's gone?!?

I used to see him in Orange County a lot. One memorable time at the Huntington Beach pier was with my then-girlfriend, just excellent. RIP James

Superbe interprétation de James et Sugar boy eason à la guitare du blues comme j"aime
"It was me, and Jim Beam baby, and your picture sitting up at the table there" my new favorite blues line lol love this
This guy was great.. He used to play in a bar down in Laguna Beach, CA. I saw him a bunch.. He put EVERYTHING he had into the music.
Reminds me of the Carlos O'Briens days in Riverside, California - back in the late 1980s and early 1990s
RIP blues legend...harp master
Magnificent tone with just a hint of delay. Tasty!
To bad the full video wasn't posted.. Great music by a Great performer & band!

Everything is great. I am impressed about the drummer, especially how he can start the song.
I agree about everything and not the least how the drummer was able to start the song the way he did . It's amazing.
Great harmonica and singer! RIP
Miss James so much.
Song's actual title is ' Three Way Party". Thanks for posting this. Takes me back. James was really hitting his stride here.

Great ending 🤔😩 sheesh!
What happened to the rest of the song?
Yeah. It cuts back to the beginning of the song.
stand corrected I confused with PHONE BILL BLUES which is track ten on Do Not Disturb, same groove
Hey simonsaid66: Please correct this!!! The title of this song is "Three Way Party" not Jim Beam. Thank you in advance for fixing this.
Done ...
Ice pick
Would anyone happen to have the lyrics?
I would really like to try this one but have trouble transcribing the text 😳
