  • My friend's garden is full of fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. She's an excellent gardener, and she has a fine collection of rare and more common edible plants. This garden is in Southern California, zone 10. Enjoy the tour!

Nice healthy looking yard. Looks like at least a third of an acre or more. What area of Southern CA is this where the garden grows so beautiful. Of course you can see it takes a lot of work also. Thanks for showing,

Hey aj, greetings from Mexico. Soy everytime i watch your videos i get a bunch of good knowledge out from them. Just wanted to see if maybe you could also share with us the actual temperature of the day you film these videos for reference. Like i wish we had smellivision. That way we get a feel of what fruit trees would be possible grow you get me? I feel that maybe viewers around the world get confused with the zone situation. Stay growing and recording have fun.

Really nice garden. Do you think you will ever sell Nabal and Reed grafted trees? You can't get those varieties in Florida. Love your videos though.

Is it not an issue to put trees right up against the masonry wall? I’m planning my backyard now and have been placing mango trees at least ten feet from masonry so the roots don’t damage the footing.

    Awesome jungle!
Is that Goumi the actual ... Elaeagnus multiflora? I'm looking for a source for these. Most "Goumi" that are sold are a different invasive veriety. Has she gotten any fruit yet?
    Thanks bro.

Thanks! Not sure. She told me it’s called the Tillamook Goumi, and she ordered it from a nursery in Oregon

I live in a very cold climate in California that everything freezes at night at this time of the year. I failed to prune my apricot tree in fall. Is it OK to prune it now?
