I have planted it into the ground in normal soil. - Does it need anything like fertilizer?? - Does it have to be in a pot or is in the ground fine?? Thanks :)
You are right, this technique is usually used on bonsai trees to form beautiful branches... But I did it so that it would bear fruit quickly... I have never sold it.

That's the pruning process that is usually done so that trees bear fruit quickly, but it looks like the tree I used is not old enough
