You want to live so start the day with a pray and a deep breath. It's so hard maybe but try to be positive, believe that it will be a good day. Our thoughts makes us inside and in time, it starts to be us, inside and outside. Look please the worst thing is dying sad, depressed..it is just so bad. Mental desease is the worst one and I don't even want my enemy to die this way. You are not damaged, depressed, sad actually..mostly none of us. We just can't see our worth, we just hide behind bad things sometimes but we can't because if we do that, not someone, even we can't find ourselves cause darkness takes us inside of it. I don't know if I could tell you something that makes you or will make you feel better but I love you I care for you cause we are the people who don't hurt anyone but always hurt ourselves but we deserve the best. Please read books which can change your opinion and workout..it decreases stress and depression. please try my advices. Apply routinely. You worth everything don't forget that please I love you xxx
