Ridge Racer 6 Final Route (Using the Crinale)

- This was one crazy race. A lot of bumping and lucky moves made it easy to win. Anyways, I was surprised on how easy it was to handle the Crinale. Normally, I would go all over the place with that car. And another thing, I had to play aggressive to win this one since they wanted to block me all the time.
By the way, I've decided to not put music in the game. I had no idea on what to listen to.
This was the game that got me into cars, god I miss ridge racer
Everyone thumbs up if our beloved legendary car crinale is still famous for it's top speed and acceleration.
I could never get the Crinale around the hairpins at speed (Highland Cliffs); props to you for handling that beast.
Back when I was regularly playing this game, the Crinale kept beating me effortlessly in Special Route #30 Duel: Aviator Loop.
Seriously, I can't beat that car to save my life. The same can be said for the Kamata Angelus in Special Route #33 Duel: Island Circle.

IIRC I beat Crinale using the Angelus and I beat the Angelus using Crinale
@@elijahgarcia3727: I apologize for this four-years-late response, but, to answer your question, I haven't touched _Ridge Racer 6_ in years. The later races in the games have gotten unbeatable for me to the point that I had to use the Horizon program to have my game save hacked just to be done with the game. Also, as of late, I don't nor haven't ever played online. I just don't have the free time and money to do it.

The Crinale is said to be powered by a race-spec V8 but judging by the sound it sounds like it has a supercharger.
sounds like a turbo'd I6 or V8. Maybe close to the Nissan R390/modern Mclarens

In the wikia it is powered by a twin turbo V8 and could be flatplane V8 not crossplane V8 since crossplane got aggressive tone but this one got a smooth tone which indicates it is a flatplane V8.
What's more - Soldat is an Italian fictional manufacture ( of course ) so no wonder they'll use similar technology found in cars like Ferrari in real life.

Redline is just a safety measure.
If your car RPM limiter is tuned to be before red line while the car pistons & crank can tolerate over the RPM gauge like 9000RPM while the gauge shows 8000RPM which is the red zone after 6000RPM then you can rev the engine at the highest limit on the gauge for long.
Sadly that is usually possible only with small engines.
One thing I've noticed about the Angelus is that the computer won't use nitrous for it just as long as it's ahead of you.
I almost beat it using triple nitrous in Special Route #33 Duel: Island Circle, but it always seems to be slightly
ahead of me. I've tried what you've done against the Crinale, but I can't seem to generate nitrous fast
enough to stay ahead of it.
