Great to see a lady karate black belt Sensei showing the men her excellent karate techniques, notice how many women are in attendance all very focused and of course wearing black belts, all women should take up karate, don’t you agree ?
...I just keep watching Sensei’s techniques over and over again,, she uses shuto uke then nukite jodan, shuto jodan, haito jodan, with a sneaky kingeri for ippon lol, all delivered in less then 4 seconds leaving a potential male attacker in no doubt he has picked on the wrong woman, who has trained and honed her black belt karate skills for many years to unleash a barrage of lethal techniques for such an event, amazing karate Sensei, I will introduce your video to my female karateka with immediate effect ! Thank you OSS ❤️🥋...
Karate doesn't punch to the stomach and chest. This is an influence of sport karate. Punches to the stomach and chest are not effective as a weak point (kyusho). You can punch me in the chest and stomach as hard as you want: I won't even notice. Punches are to vital points, if they aren't, your interpretation is incorrect. Not everything is parry oi zuki. This is just not correct bunkai. Punch to the belt knot is ridiculous. This lower abs are among the strongest muscles in the body. Upside down poke to the trachea is ridiculous. The trachea is rounded and in this manner (done with the fingertips) the strike will glance off.Try hitting bigger stronger people with you're bunkai. About 75% of this stuff just won't work. You need to target weaker points on the body so that the bunkai will be instantly effective on anyone.
