Is that board even likely too? Seems to me he is a head of a company... (And to note, contracts can and often do limit the authority a company(or CEO) has over their contracted employees. Just because "the boss" doesn't have supreme authority over every aspect of the company, doesn't mean they aren't the head of the company)

The ice cream pokemon is actually one of the best, because you get it by giving a Milcery (the milk pokemon) a berry and then spinning in circles until it evolves.
I should note: The ice cream cone Pokemon is actually snow. The pokemon is actually icicles that snow has piled up on top of. So its basically a icecream *shaped* snow golem
