You called out very important factors to go for Samsung, and why one shouldn't buy Samsung if you are a specialist operating on a phone (gamers, photographers etc.). For a generic users, who go to office for work, looking for a reliable phone, reliable hardware (mic. etc), good security updates this is value for money. You can close your eyes for 5 years.

I received M35 5G, 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM this Sunday but I did not get any feeling that I purchased a new mobile. The UI looks very bad. Both the front and back Camera are worst. I did not expect such cheap quality pics from Samsung Mobile, I purchased the mobile with Rs. 21,009 and in this amount of segment getting a bad camera phone is unacceptable. Only a charger cable was provided and no Adapter. Other company mobiles provide Mobile pouches/cases as well. I am a bit surprised Samsung did not deliver the Adapter, this is truly ridiculous. Overall, I did not feel that I purchased a new mobile after watching the mobile. My best suggestion would be, better to go for other brands which are recently delivered in this price segment. I felt that my Rs.21k bokka.
