I heard him for the first time a couple weeks ago on a reel on Facebook. Will Smith from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and his costar were dancing together to this song. But it wasn't this song originally, It was another song was in the pilot of their TV show That they were dancing to with this overlaid. I just loved this song.

I didn’t click to his music 6 months ago. When my little buddy (nephew) passed away in an auto accident in SE Iowa 2 months ago, I heard that one of his favorites was Shaboozey. I do enjoy his music because I feel closer to Gavin. And, I know he’s smiling because of it.

Imagine my shock when he started actually belting out what sounded like country music...and even more shocking was how much I LOVED it. The songs/lyrics, and the way he delivered on stage...that was a hell of a show, and it's so refreshing to see this kind of a performance get center stage. So glad I actually watched this halftime show, and discovered this young man.
