- So with the release of the newest event Summer Fantasia of Genshin Impact 2.8, I'm sure we all are having fun. And there were some very funny moments already in the first day of the event.
And so today, I present to you instances where Fischl goes out of character since the frequency of that has increased after she merged with her dakness, featuring Mona, Fischl, Kazuha, Xinyan, Paimon, Venti and Traveler with just a little bit of editing to amplify it's meme effects...

Why she so chunni then? I understand her whole deal after playing her quest, but we have to admit, a sassy Fischl for future cutscenes or even against bosses is kinda neat.
I love that she's now able to embody both Amy and Fischl comfortably. I've always wanted for her to accept that she can be both and she is now both. So happy for her

This entire event is for those who don't read the character story.
To be fair the game up to this point has been mostly sure her low on mora, and not that’s she’s actually rich. I mean one of her idle animations is literally her struggling to get a single mora from her purse
She definitely was a unique character back then, namely the amount of unnecessary words used in a single statement however, the way her character developed in this single event was astonoshing. She isn't a character who is just solely there to confuse you. She's now a character that is unique in personality.
I can't say Amy or Fischl is better than the other. Amy is a side that I would rather see rarely, similarly to video. Fischl is the reason she is eccentric and dramatic. But without Amy, she's just an empty character. The rare times we can get to see her as a normal girl who has sass and confidence, it really does mean she opened up and embraced both sides of herself.
I'm glad she was able to be comfortable with both of her sides now and have confidence, sass and humor. She definitely is one of the best characters in my list. All the others in the quest as well. I'm glad we could get to see all of them be happy.
@Harry Shade I meant that part as a joke cause it just felt like a funny way to describe her personality especially in a sort of serious paragraphs.
I guess you can say you can't have one without the other.

Instead of making her have a full redemption arc when she stop completely her delusion, they made if more realistic, and she stop her delusion little by little, as we see her being more out of character

I wouldn't mind at all if Fischl had more Amy-outbursts like these in the future. Of course she would always revert to Fischl-mode afterward, but showing her Amy side from time to time reminds people that she embodies both personalities at the same time. Also, it's cute when she goes out of character.
I'd be so mad if by the next time we see her, her development is gone. Or maybe they could do it like Mona's, if you met Mona in the 1.1 event, her dialogue at the start of her own story quest will change
@@yez9475 Idk about anyone else but for me this event referenced three different limited events, which are the 1.1 event, 1.6 event with the first Golden apple archipelago, and the 2.6 event with the Irodori festival. So maybe they are gonna keep her development in for people that played through this event whenever we see fischl again.

it just means to me she's more comfortable with being herself around her new friends and is more keeping up the character as a trademark quirk than as a coping mechanism

I just find it funny that the fanbase is now torn up by her two sides, but I adore that she IS both. She's both Amy and Fischl. Because no matter what, she's still our Prinzessin.
Brittany Cox does an amazing job at really making her personality shine and I adore that she's able to say all those big hard to pronounce words with ease, while I can't. xD
But I just find her amusing, Fischl is just really great all around and I really adore her character, I can't wait to see more of her!
I'm glad we got to see her normal side more. Warms my heart. Hopefully she doesn't show her normal side too much so that it remains as a special occurrence.

Why must thou utter unpurposeful babbling? For my main character is clearly displayed. Clearly one lacks knowledge of the Prinzessin der Verurteilung's identity. If you must know, it is those who cannot recognize my true identity, that truly riles the Prinzessin.

Due to her parents' negligence and her abandonment in childhood, added that her parents told her to grow out from her fantasy world, she is likely has resentment towards societal change.
It’s kinda crazy how fish story is now better then the kazuha one we got but hey I like fish more now cuz of it

Seriously tho, this character development is so drastic that future prospecting players who started playing after this summer arc ended will have no knowledge of Fischl and Amy. How hoyoverse gonna incorporate this new Fischl to someone who never played this story event?

Her talking normal is both adorable and funny to me. And a bit scary.

We certainly learned some thing about Mona in this event, I just thought she had no sense on what prioritize when it came to managing her expenses, combine that with trying to keep up with her Astrology research (which is no doubt very expensive) and as it turns out I was only half right. Based on what we saw in her mirage she likely comes from a very well to do family, where she likely never had to worry about mora, a habit she has yet to break out of. It would explain her posh accent and refined tastes, and now that she has to worry about mora she has gotten really good about not being so picky when it comes to food.
It's more her having her job at the newspaper from Fontaine that pays her spending sprees whenever an astrology item pops out. Outside of that she seems to know how to handle her mora. Inside the teapot she says how she keeps saving some money from her paychecks to afford a comfortable vacation with the Traveller
@@PawClow yeah that was a bit of a shocker, it really shows how much she likes the Traveler. It can be seen as friendship or love depending on how you wish to view the interaction.
