There were times na clients come and go, it's heartbreaking, in freelancing there is no permanent client, but tayong mga Pinoy, we stand up kahit anong hirap, kaya once you get a client, alagaan natin sila and treat their company as yours, embrace it and never stop learning :)

This is true. Freelancing is getting bigger which means more competition to find employers. Andyan rin ung mga sobrang low magpa rate so the employers are gonna take them. Better to have % of your salary on investing. Learn from us old folks since this is based of our own experience

This is really helpful since I still am a High school student and most of my skills I taught myself and learned from online and other people. So, this is really helpful for me too not just to earn money but to also start being independent because I have parents who are really greedy and kind of neglectful, while I understand them not spending too much money on what I wish for on christmas, etc.. I feel like I at least deserve a bit of a present for all my hard work that's why I plan to do online courses as a future side job (because I still wanna do nursing or health care in some way) and I do have a passion for teaching people and educating them speaking as a student, I still am grateful I at least was privileged to attend a private school in the Philippines because most are really messed up they have a lot of issues. I plan on doing online courses as a side job by the time I turn 19 I have a lot of knowledge for certain topics which can be video editing, science course, English course (language), therapy course, etc... I'm not that well knowledged in Mathematics or harder subjects that have good benefits but I do not doubt my own skills and how I can benefit from them.

Its true that when we start from scratch in freelancing, we tend to be law-balling other freelancers. On my younger years in freelancing, I intentionally did that to gain more experience.the more clients I get, the greater my portfolio would be. Also, to newbies, never shy enough to try and apply even your experience isnt enough, coz there employers and mentors our there that would embrace you and take you in. Never afraid to LEARN something new. Running 20years in freelancing and with family already and here I am… nagkakautang parin 🤣 Help! Hahahaha

Its most likely a scam. Pag paypal yung method of payment ni client, WALA kang babayaran. RECEIVE ka lang talga. Bigay mo sa kanila yung paypal email mo tas sila papadala sayo.. tas withdraw mo into your bank account or sa gcash. Mag ingat sa nanghihingi ng pera before sending your salary.. most likely SCAM yan.

Marami ring recruiters. Just FYI, sa recruiters, mag ingat. Dapat alamin mo ang offered rate ng client na inioffer ng recruiter. Middleman kasi kadalasan sa kanila. Meron din nman, sila magpasa ng client sayo tas kayo na ng client mag deal after. Pero most of the time midman sila dahil dyan sila kikita.

However i wish there was really a tip included in your video wherein you detailed how you got a client without your friend's help. Because as far i can recall, what you highlighted are the clients that your friend referred to you. I think you should speak to your client about switching the payment platform you're using to receive your salary. Ang baba ng conversion ng PayPal and ang taas ng fees. Wise and Payoneer are better options tapos mabilis din dumating ang funds.

the prob with freelancing is no work no pay.. and it is not allnthe time you will earn this amount. So when there are a lot of clients you have to give it you're all. I use to earn 50 - 100k in the past years then now I have no clients. Im living on my savings from the past years.

I'm currently just waiting for my graduation. I went to internship twice, and ngayon nagrequest yung last company to have a 6-month contract as part-time intern. Rather than working for free and full-time, ngayon 3 days a week lang and maty allowance. Its true that when we start from scratch in freelancing, we tend to be law-balling other freelancers. On my younger years in freelancing, I intentionally did that to gain more experience.the more clients I get, the greater my portfolio would be. Also, to newbies, never shy enough to try and apply even your experience isnt enough, coz there employers and mentors our there that would embrace you and take you in. No need yan, baka scam yan. Ni isang client nag ask sakin nyan for a very long time. Its most likely a scam. Pag paypal yung method of payment ni client, WALA kang babayaran. RECEIVE ka lang talga. Bigay mo sa kanila yung paypal email mo tas sila papadala sayo.. tas withdraw mo into your bank account or sa gcash.
Mag ingat sa nanghihingi ng pera before sending your salary.. most likely SCAM yan.

Marami ring recruiters. Just FYI, sa recruiters, mag ingat. Dapat alamin mo ang offered rate ng client na inioffer ng recruiter. Middleman kasi kadalasan sa kanila. Meron din nman, sila magpasa ng client sayo tas kayo na ng client mag deal after. Pero most of the time midman sila dahil dyan sila kikita.

the prob with freelancing is no work no pay.. and it is not allnthe time you will earn this amount. So when there are a lot of clients you have to give it you're all. I use to earn 50 - 100k in the past years then now I have no clients. Im living on my savings from the past years.
