What’s the best way to get air bubbles out of the first bag runs out (not ideal but I’ve seen it happen) how do you get the air bubbles out once the IV has already been inserted
@@xtinalucille YES! I see people getting different secondary lines for different secondary medications & I'm just like WHY! Just back-prime it & save yourself a lot of hassle; now no need to prime a new line and you've now also cleared any the other medication from the line so no cross-contamination.
@@alaahussain9677 the nurse who handled my baby on her first month has bubble in the tube line ,and she said that its ok ,i want to tell here that its dangerous but im not a nurse.and she remove the bubble by pushing to my baby's hand. but good thing my baby is ok.
@@kiritoken8015 thank god your baby is fine, and you are right its very dangerous and rather than pushing into your babys hand she should have aspirated or flushed the line
Thank you, nice and straight to the issue at hand :)

what will happen when there is air in the tube line ??
this air can get into the veins and cause embolus ,this embolus can travel to heart or lungs and cause clot their and cause death

It takes a lott of air bubbles to cause an embolus but people should still prevent any from going in the body

It would take an entire line of air to cause any damage. Little bubbles won't hurt anything
