Operational Mode: To View Information about Firewall
1.Use operational mode to view information about firewall & the traffic running through.
2.Use to perform operations such as restarting, loading configuration, or shutting down.
3.When log in to Firewall, the CLI opens in operational mode.

Configuration Mode: To view and modify the configuration
1. Command prompt changes from a (greterthan Sym) to a #, indicating that successfully changed modes.
2. Use configuration mode to view and modify the Palo Alto Firewall configuration.
3. You can switch between operational mode and configuration mode at any time.
4. Switch from configuration mode to operational mode, use either quit or exit command.
5. To enter operational mode command while in configuration mode, use the run command.
