Day 1: Feel tingling on my front teeth, like they tense up. I hope it's a sign that it works
Day 3: I did the Day 2 but forgot to write here haha. Today I did it again, I believe there's micro change bcs I look better in a glimpse lol. But my face definitely doesn't look that droppy anymore
Day 7: totally forgot to comment againn. but I've been doing this with no break. In fact, I do the smile part every time I pass my mirror haha. at the same time, i practice Masumi's nose workout. so, from 90-degree a.k.a side profile angle, my face looks longer and my chin and bottom lip slightly pulled back. idk if that's progress or not, since my side profile originally needed quite much work to 'edit' anyway. but my 45-degree angle is gorgeous! haha. my nose does help my appearance a lot, surprisingly visibly look sharper than before
Day 8: Y'alll I just realize that my jaws look more symmetrical on both sides. I kinda wish that both will shrink up with certain exercises, but I guess my skull doesn't support my wish haha, My face looks more oval now, maybe to make the left jaw expand as long as my right side is the only symmetry I could get naturally
so?

@tahsinliza hello! Sadly, I don't think any face workout result is permanent, but I can share some of my experiments. With my 2 years of experimenting with other face workouts, I notice that the result lasted even though I stop doing it for a week more or less. When I stop for 3 weeks, I didn't lose much, but yea something began to fade. But, you can always redo and make the progress intensely visible again, faster than when you tried it for the very first time. It's just like a body workout. It needs to be maintained as a habit and by maintaining it you can get that "permanent result". While this particular face workout video is easy to remember and not that time-consuming, so I do some of the movements still, every day. Like the 'closed lips and hold', I do it every time I have a break from work. And I can tell you that my side profile has never been this good. Keep tracking your result by selfies with both front and back cameras :)
