I just made this with spam, cucumber, scallions, rice & pickle ginger the ginger really makes it so much nicer it takes the full flavour of the seaweed away.
OMGGG I love spam musubi!!! The Filipino breakfast is speaking to me... mostly cuz I love garlic rice 😭 but also bacon avo & egg... but also the american bfast cuz of the hashbrown... I seriously can't pick 😂
I guess Im randomly asking but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my login password. I would love any help you can give me.
@Draven Adonis I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I just want to say although musubi uses some ingredients found in Japanese sushi and has a Japanese name it is not considered Japanese cuisine. Musubi originated in Hawaii by Japanese American that adapted the onigari with spam to get what we have today. I would consider musubi to be a japanese fusion if it must be put in a category. Good enthusiasm, she enjoys cooking her food and making her videos. I just stumbled upon this channel. Keep doing what you enjoy.
I’ve been on a Musubi making kick and game across you vid. Great ideas, I’m going to have to give them a try. You made this tutorial very entertaining.
Number three was my favorite the only thing I would do differently with number three is ADD mozzarella cheese because I love mozzarella cheese but aside from that all of them looks bomb number four look really great too I would make number four minus wasabi great job please keep more videos coming 😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤
They all look delicious to me. Just an FYI, the last one you made is still a musubi even with the inari in it because the rice wasn't seasoned with rice vinegar like a regular sushi. Once you add the rice vinegar, it becomes sushi.
To me these are not spam musubi. These are something else. Spam musubi is ment to be simple and has it's own complex flavor. Anything changing this does not allow you to call it spam musubi.
the mold is life saver!!!

Hey Jeanelle! just curious...does the garlic rice hold it's shape like when you pick it up or bite into it?
Depends how you make it
They all look delicious to me. Just an FYI, the last one you made is still a musubi even with the inari in it because the rice wasn't seasoned with rice vinegar like a regular sushi. Once you add the rice vinegar, it becomes sushi.
wow! thanks for the detailed description! i had no idea that was the determining factor
We use honey with a little bit of soy sauce for our teriyaki then a small layer of strawberry jam. before the rice.
Hey Jeanelle, have you ever tried furikake?
i tried making the musubi w a "spam katsu" (basically i just breaded the spam lolol) it was delicious :p
It's like, a brick!
😋!
MooSooBee!!
It sounds good just sayin it!
Sounds even mo bettah when Jeanelle says it ☺️
I'm going to make me a portable kare-kare musubi.
funny girl as in humorously entertaining ...excellent video
I've seen people make their own furikake.. but I can't find measurements.. any idea where I can find a decent recipe to make my own?
むすびと言うより、海苔巻き・押し・バーガー(seeweedrolled press burger)だな
とりあえず、それなりに旨そうだ
It's. Moo-soo-bee lol 😋
i want to see how u will bite that thick spam musubi.
She is cute!
Gawd the thumbnail !!
Tsk!
Avocado makes everything better.
Yes Sam...I have to agree with you there 😃

Ah, thank you.... no longer "masubi"
