Hey there.. There are a handful of homes in The Palisades that are waterfront but the neighborhood doesn’t have any neighborhood access. There are marinas, public boat launches and boat clubs in the general area.

Hey there.. There are a handful of homes in The Palisades that are waterfront but the neighborhood doesn’t have any neighborhood access. There are marinas, public boat launches and boat clubs in the general area.
Just don't expect to find a Southern person near Lake Wylie, Fort Mill or Tega Cay.
