Yea, he can waive it to be traded. 2K won’t let you just trade him anywhere, he will reject a lot of trades you build. Trade finder shows ones he’d approve, sometimes that’s zero but there’s usually some. Obv they’re pretty much never realistic but it’s 2K so that goes without saying.
