Averaged 5 in his English language testing and worked part time as a cashier in a retail store. He got PR after gaining his certificate with no relevant work experience. He got his citizenship last year. I am an English citizen and have been awarded the highest language testing scores of 8.5 and 9. have been in Canada 6 months less than he has and was the assistant manager of the same retail store he continues to be a part time cashier in to this day. His diploma was worth more "adaptability points" than my work experience and english language testing combined. The system is rigged in favour of garbage diplomas. I leave Canada in 15 days after a 2 year long fight to stay. Its crushing to have given as much as i have to be discarded so callously by the ever changing immigration policies here.
