@@Thugnificent99 the students of knowledge whom I personally know have told me to start off with qawaid al arba, usool at-thalatha, nawaqid al Islam. Then Kitab at tawheed. These are incredibly vital books every Muslim should learn for the correct understanding of what tawheed is, so we can implement it and what shirk is, so we stay far away from it. You should also go through these books with a teacher as you won't have the full understanding by reading them yourself. There are many students of knowledge who have gone through these books. My ustadh, Ariff Olla, is a student of Shaykh Sa'd as-Shatri, and has uploaded the first 3 on his RUclips channel. Insha Allah this helps. BarakAllahu Feek.
Did Al Albani not class the Hadith of Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud (about praying and not raising hand except in the beginning) that is found in Sunan an Nasa'i as SAHIH and described the chain as the same characteristics as Sahih Muslim? If that is the case and a Hadith about not doing Raf'ul Yadain from a giant sahaba is Sahih, is it okay to not raise the hand and act upon that hadith?
Jazakallah Khairan for this. Keep up the fantastic work. I am hanafi but do raf ul yadain. I get lots of dirty looks and abuse for striving to follow the sunnah and not blind follow any imaams etc.
The first imam mentioned in this video is Ibn Abil ‘Izz Al Hanafi, he was a hanafi scholar upon the pure aqeeda and a student of Ibn Kathir.

I met a hanafi who said raising your hands is Sunnah but we shouldn't fight over it, then when I saw him praying , he didn't raise his hands.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Because as a hanafi you do not have to raise your hands each time going to ruku or sajda 😂😂😂

Nasiruddin Albani says: "The truth is that this hadith is “Sahih” and its chain is also “Sahih” on the criteria of “Sahih Muslim”. The people who have declare it “Ma'lool”( having defect) have no proof over it through which they can do “istidlal” in negating this hadith.(Mishqat Al Masabih, Tahqiq Nasir Albani, FN.3, Hadith No:809, Page No:254,Volume-1)

The ignorance lol. You clearly did not watch the full video if your mentioning that Hadith. The evidence for raising the hands outweighs this one piece of evidence you have provided, maybe stop turning a blind eye on the evidences that were provided and accept the Sunnah of the prophet ﷺ

If you are Hanafi and you did raise your hand there is nothing wrong and you might be a better follower of the Sunna

It's Sunna to raise your hands, as many of the scholars understood, and on top of them are the Imams Shafai, Hanbali, and Maliki. and it's Sunna not to raise hands for Hanafis (and Malikis in the MashHor).
Imam shawkani and shahwaliullah dehlvi were a ahle hadeeth scholar not hanafi. Can you verify that that ?
Imam Al Shawkaani was a mujtahid mutlaq, he didn’t follow a madhhab.

Scholars say that before you become a mujtahid, you should learn a madhab,
then continue studying to be able to derive rulings yourself.

It is the way of performing prayer that is furthest from the Sunna, Hanbalis and Shafiis are the closest to the Sunna
