How many books do you read per year on average? If any?
Reading used to be my favorite hobby when I was a kid. Now that I’m in my twenties, I literally cannot read without losing my focus on the words or getting incredibly sleepy 😣
I read everyday. I'm reading a book on cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) and I write in a journal everyday and a mental health mood journal. I have a book next on attachment theory. I LOVE workbooks ❤

i’m ashamed to say i haven’t read a book since i was about 8 and i didn’t read it on my own i was read too as a child. i’m now 17 and still haven’t read a single book unless it’s in class

I used to love reading as a kid but I haven’t read a book in about 10 years now and I want to get back into it, the idea of it is appealing to me but once it comes to it I can’t concentrate/ become invested in it. Not sure if this is due to my adhd or reading just isn’t for me. Any tips ?

it'd be great if you could do more soft spoken videos just like in some of your roleplay or tarot readings but with a regular tone (no laugh or sudden louder/softer tone) idk why but it's the only way i can fall asleep or have tingles since a while now whispering just doesn't do it anymore for me. Just a suggestion though you do you :)
