first aum must be started from Base mooladhara, reach aagnja chakra, then KA (siva) one step up hold beath there, same breath must be moved within kandha and agnja chakra chanting) AI EI LA HREEM HA SA KA HA LA HREEM SA KA LA HREEM SHREEM ( the las syllable Shreem akes to sahasraa chakra) this mus be the shodasi mantra, my Uru thaught me. without lat Shreem it is panchadasakshari, the Tripua Sundari mantra, whn Shreem is added i becomes shdasa maha mantra for Shree vidya upasana. don't try to change or add, mantra gets spoiled then. this mantra control one's beathing system, as far as I know. however your style of chanting has nothing to do with breathing, I think, Swamini please correct me if I am wrong or chant it priperly as I explained above

Lopamudra and sundari are same. Many misconceptions exist relating srividhya. Many sampradhayams have actually contaminated this vidhya
