Oda is not from this world that's why he's waiting on the right time to speak on this with the fanbase! Which could happen soon possibly with the Vegapunk speculation in the manga now being a parallel to Oda's thoughts. I'm joking mostly but you never know and also I wouldn't be surprised if Vegapunk is a self-insert in someway for Oda just as Oden was in the previous arc of Wano!😱

nah i read samurai 8 that was ass. and put together terribly. And the narrtive jumps in power and charaterization seemed all over the place from like the 5th chapter on
maybe yes, but you can't deny the pressure someone might be in after making something as revolutionary as Naruto.
@@Amethax I agree with the first half of Naruto with your claimed statement but idk it seemed he wanted to make Naruto Shippuden reach cosmic heights like Samurai 8 but didn't have a smoother way other than alien origin at the end. to transfer what we have in Boruto.
I am not really talking about the "quality" of Naruto, I am talking about how popular it got and how much of an impact it had on the industry...

This video doesn't answer the question, instead it would be better if the title had been why certain mangaka's hide their identity.. Oda has already stated he wish One piece to become mainstream worldwide, so its kinda contradicts given his past exposed faces. The reason might be he is afraid of being attacked by fans or such in irl, keep in mind he did try to defend Nobuhiro Watsuki in the child pornography charges.
