This small town of albay is ignored by the bicolanos not mindful of it's beautiful beach in bacacay itself and in sula which to me is like paradise..

When I left this island in 1969 to pursue my college education in manila ,I only visited salvacion and napao where I studied the first kinder garteen class during the japanese time..
