    I would suggest to do calibration or scale checks at 0.0 Kg as well, because this will be bracketing between 0.0 kg to 0.250 kg, since for your process the minimum or least weight is 0.005 Kg.

    you have calculated Minimum weight = Least count X 50, From where you took 50 figures for calculation. Is it from balance maximum capacity i.e. 50.0 kg

      It's not come from usp guidelines...it's a company requirement

    Always give the reference guidelines for std wt calculation for min and max. This will give more clarity and assurance on given information. Keep it up. This will help for fresher.

    Sir mera ek question hai
    Mere paas 2000 gm kaa weight balance hai.
    Balance capacity: min 1gm and max 2000gm
    Operating range 1gm to 1800gm
    Balance show 2 decimal
    Operating rang calculation
    1gm
    St weight*0.10% = tolerance weight right
    1.0000019*0.10% = 0.0010000019 (our tolerance value)
    Max=1.0000019+0.0010000019=1.0010019019 (1.00 balance show)
    Man=1.0000019-0.0010000019=0.9990018981 (0.99 balance show)
    1 gm
    Min value = 0.99 gm
    Max values = 1.00 gm
    Mera question ye he hi mene usp ki guidelines ko follow kar ye calculation kiya but jo mera max Value hai wo 1.00 gm dikha raha hai to is case me ab me kya kar sakata hu
    Please answer brief 🙏

      It is balance capacity, not a maximum balance capacity. Both wording is different. It is in-house practice I have told in video.....it may be diff. On company requirements.
