Upgrading my DIY bike wheel lights hack

Its the best idea that i saw. Yes, not rgb, but there is no odd things on the axle of wheel, that causes vibrations.

Can I buy this ready to mount I don't have the skill to do everything you just did or the tools. I plan on painting my whole rim with glow in the dark paint I guess now I just have to figure out how to mount a LED.
