I think it's funny how fans were putting in paragraphs talking about the animation. However, hardly anyone mentioned how Minako was still smiling but Gyaruko looked almost like she didn't want to be there when they became demons.
ETA: I just noticed Charlotte has a small smile hiding behind her stuffed toy as an angel, but has no expression as a demon.

In case you haven’t noticed, when they’re doing the angels dance, only Minako and Gyaruko are the ones with angel wings and halos; and I have what I think is a pretty strong theory. I think only those two have the angel characteristics because those are the only “real” characters in a sense. It kinda branches off of other theory’s about how charlotte (goth girl) and 24 (the robot) are imaginative. I feel that Gyaruko in a way is also imaginative; if you look at the “Minako’s Room” video, checking back on the dates, we see that Minako killed Gyaruko on the third, but posted being with Gyaruko on the sixth. It leads me to believe that Minako made the imaginary world in her head with the ideal pink bitch club to almost convince herself that she didn’t kill gyaruko, and that she either killed herself or something like that, and that charlotte and 24 are personifications; 24 being the internet/social media of a sort, and charlotte being a personification of Minako’s life on the darker side (depressed, twisted) ALSO ANOTHER SMALL THEORY, the idea of Minako killing herself in the idea of when she killed all of her friends in the “Pink Bitch Club” video, also another reason as to why she is wearing angel like features. That’s a couple of my theories lol
Personally, I don’t think it really pertains to anything at all. They were basically the main people of the group, and most likely Gyaruko dressed as an angel while Minako decided to copy her.
at the start of chi no squi, it says "once there was a pure white angel without wings", just felt like something to say lol.
i thought the picture where minako was with gyaruko was on the 5 and the first hint that minako killed her was on the 8 where she was showing her clothes
Yeah I totally agree. But, the Angel thing could be Minako desperately trying to convince herself she’s innocent. Angels usually represent innocence, purity, and kindness, and Minako wants to be the main character, and usually the main characters of anything are “angels”. They tell us everything AND in our eyes we see them as a savior of the story. Minako wants to convince herself she’s innocent because the darker part of her (charlotte) knows that she DID murder Gyaruko, and her charlotte counterpart wants her to come to her senses and admit she’s guilty. Minako WANTS to be seen as an Angel, just like her best friend (Gyaruko) was. She idolized her friends personality’s and wanted to be just like them, but MORE. I think that’s why, even as a Devil, she held her smile, the one thing that claimed her innocence, and her charlotte counterpart is fighting off her delusions but is losing. I think this represents Minako is slowly going insane over what she’s done and proving to herself that she’s an Angel. She wants the world/internet (24) to WORSHIP her and the fact she’s pure. Minako is slowly drifting away from reality.

I feel like she has more frames because she's the only one who's truly real (gyaruko is dead and the other two seem to be personifications of minako's guilt)

i agree, she's very obviously important. we never really see her name, and whenever she appears something is blocked, glitched, or censored. For example, she's turned around here. Why is she so different?

One theory I've seen come up quite a bit (and I strongly believe) is that only Minako and Gyurako are real. A few features in this video back up the theory; like only Minako and Gyurako being angels, those too having more realistic fashion styles, 24 always being covered up/never facing the camera etc. There's also a bunch of clues in Pink B Club, especially with the lyric 'The moment I meet you in the fog that can't be lifted, I can change.' hinting the friends aren't real or alive or her mind is fogged over.

I don't know if this holds anything, but I do find it interesting and weird how Minako is the only one to keep her expression the same in each segment. While I can't say anything about the robot girl for...obvious reasons, Gyaruko's expression changes: she was smiling the the whole way (besides when her mouth was open), but it changes to a frown, showing a slight smirk at times. And while you could see Charlotte smiling behind her bunny when she jumped in the first segment, it's not there when she jumps in the second segment.
(Edit: I just get the vibe Minako's fine with being more 'evil', like, she's just as comfortable there as in the beginning? But I don't wanna assume anything either.)
It's weird to notice that Minako is the only one of the four that is really with a full animation? she is the only who looks more "alive" than the others. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but is a curious detail

edit: she is also the only one with dull eyes! it might be a reference to how she isn't actually human, but in anime dull eyes represent a perpetual state of sadness and depression, sometimes even insanity just before a character snaps. just a little addon!

This is not relevant for theories, but Minako clothes are more basic compared to the other girls, they're all following the same themes but gyaruko, charlotte and 24 clothes are more aligned with their own styles. Love these little details 💖

This might be because Minako is the main one of them all, even in QMENG’s video showing the process of the animation, Minako has more frames even at the sketch layer.
Anyways, this is a pretty well-made animation, and I have hopes that the Pink Bitch Club series will surely interest more people to view your other videos and make it more famous overall.

I also noticed that in the darker part of the dance, Minako looks the same, except with different clothing. The rest looked more...sad. Since we can't see VYT's expression, I assume she would've had a sadder expression too
This really boosts my theory on that they are basically influencers;
They're dancing in front of a camera with appealing/matching costumes!! + there's a logo behind them at first too

Ooh, that would explain why Minako has her own website. It even looks like she asks the audience questions ("does meat rot in the ground?")
Adding onto that, we all assume Minako is the leader, right? Most of us do, I think the robot figure is/was. They were quite a famous influencer. However, they got cancelled and heart was ripped away by Minako as shown in the PBC intro. When the robot girl perished, Minako began leader. But then, how is the robot girl still shown in these videos? That's another part.
The PBC videos are created by an internet user , blocking themself from the truth (not an insult to vivinos). This user simply ignores the robot girl died and traps themself in a happy world.
Soon after the robot's death, Minako is so absorbed in having fame and popularity that she is at the point where she wants to kill her other friends: Gyaruko and Charlotte. Minako's either afraid her friends will steal her popularity or is just doing it for fun. And so, Gyaruko and Charlotte perish.
Pochi should have an important role in this. In Minako's Room, they die. This may change Minako's attitude for the worst. Due to Pochi's death, Minako will lose all sanity, going insane. Due to aggressiveness on the internet, she could get cancelled. After this, she's a complete maniac. She shuts herself in a room, starving herself and never coming out.
I made this up as I went. Minako may be the one making these videos, trapping herself in a happy place.
Please correct me if I did anything wrong in this.
That would explain why in the Pink Bitch Club Minako says something like "Keep sponsoring us" or "Keep supporting us".
They are influencers that require Patreons, sponsors, followers, likes...
Minako is very interested and doing everything for the group, looking too excited, while Gyaruko looks just happy that Minako is enjoying it, Charlotte is confused, but ended following them, and VYT-24 doesn't show her face, she doesn't want to be there at all.

i feel like theres something up with the robot girl.
-the robot girl is a robot, unlike the other flesh humans. i feel like this goes beyond a cutesy anime trope here, especially given the series theme which is about trying to assume the identity of other people
-vivinos has played with the idea of obscuring faces before in suki suki daisuki. if you look at the mc her face isn’t displayed or is distorted until after she kills the blonde girl and steals her face. so perhaps the same trick is being used here.
-the robot girl is the only one who isn’t facing the camera.
-when minako kills the other girls, their bodies are censored and faces distorted, except for the robot girl. she just got her heart ripped out but her body is intact otherwise.
-minako has also tried to imitate the other girls at some point after she murdered them
-minako, as far as we know is a human. she can’t be a robot. she can dress up as one, but she can’t be truly them.
i think this video, along with being a catchy spooky one, also wants us to notice this pattern with the robot girl. no idea where this is headed so far but im watching her closely.
I agree, and I noticed while reading the comments about Minako and Gurako are the only ones who are dressed as angels, I also noticed during the demon part of this animation, Minako looks like she's dressed up in the same cat outfit as the robot girl from the angel part!
The fact that it always glitches when the robot girl is shown or mentioned in pink bitch club is also pretty sketchy, but that could be because since she's a robot, besides her heart there's nothing that really makes her different from the rest. So when Minako retreats into her mind in pink bitch club, she has no way of going around the fact that she killed her robot friend.
Okay, I might retract this statement, but there are some things that are similar from Minako's demon outfit to the robot girl's angel outfit. Like, the ears/horns(?), the collar/choker, and skirt of the dress (except more pointed at the ends)
maybe 24 isn't really dead? after all she is a sort of futuristic robot, and therefore cannot be killed by natural means, her heart being taken away may be some form of deactivate her but not exactly kill her.
also we do see 24's face in the pink bitch club video! unless something else happened to her, likely due to minako, and her turning over to the camera would show us her injury.

I think it’s really interesting that Minako is the only one to continue smiling after the transition.
Might be because even thought the whole world is burning up into flames, she still pretends that nothing ever went wrong. Might be symbolic about how even when she ruined her own life, she pretends she is fine and the world is happy.
I don't know if this is a clue, but pay attention to the character design; the blonde hair girl and white haired girl are the only ones with an upside down cross.
Weirdly, minako has a satanic symbol on her chest. Suggesting the devil. So, this could further prove the theory that minako was a bad person.

Vivinos and her team are insanely creative, I don't know how they can spark so much analysis and inspire so many theories just from a 32 second animation

I used to be a tiny animator way back, but even this caught my attention.
Minako's FPS (Frames per second) seems more detailed and 'smooth', as some people might call it
However, the gyaru's FPS seems more slowed, just like the other two friends you see in the video
Maybe this was intentional?
I also saw a theory about that, it's because minako want to stand out more/get more attention
I've noticed this too, but I couldn't find a right way to phrase it. I'm not entirely sure what it means yet, it could mean Minako thrives off being the center of attention, but I think that it could be "proof" to the theory that all of her friends aren't real. Idk, I'm not good at thinking
Connecting this to the theory that the other girls are apart of Minako's imagination, perhaps it means that Minako moves better because she is the only one that really exists. For example, when you try to picture something in your mind is isn't completely clear, but it is enough to get your brain to recognize the movement.

For peoples who doesn't know I'm pretty sure like (99%) the reason why VYT is showing us her back is refering to the video "OMETEROID" of this serie: at some point we see VYT showing post she has done on social media to Minako and among them there's one showing her wearing the last outfit of this short but from the front. I think Minako got jealous of her popularity and so decided to k¡ll her by unpluging her but also made her look back to us in this video so all of the attention can remain to her only.
[So Ig the fact that she's looking back could also mean that she's deæd/unconcious ?? According to that it would mean that only Charlotte is still "alive" (Minako and Gyakuro both have hallow on their head). I'm not really sure I wish we could get more content about the pink b!tch club]

One thing i noticed is that the hairstyles in the beginning are different than how we see the girls usually, expect for the robot girl and goth lolita theirs are the same, and the other half is the current styles. That coupled with the fact the first two girls are the only ones dress as angles and devils makes me think that this video has alittle more importance than just being a cute dance clip.
When this series first started we only knew about the first two girls. I feel like theres something about the dynamic in the group that we're being hinted at.
Or this really is just a cute dance video who knows.

Not anymore. Gyaruko (the real one) is dead, because minako killed her because she was jealoys. She then made gyaruko in her head. Then she created the pink b*tch club in her head, and Charlotte and VYT are imaginary friends. eventually she started to get jealous of them too, but the only way to kill them was to kill herself, which she did. Gyaruko is actually dead, and so is Minako.
I feel like for the Robot Girl, she is kind of the "heart" of everything. My main Theory is that "24" (the number) has a particular meaning. The meaning is "being Complet, Full, the reunification of everything" and Minako desires to be someone else, she is envious of everyone because she deems herself as Empty. So maybe, she stole "the heart" of something that is full in opposition of her. So we don't see the face of 24/her name because she is the Internet and remember "Minako Room's" she is haunting her own website, maybe 24 represents the Internet and the way she had to connect with Friends and be another person?

Maybe this is meant to be a parody of/trying to inspire viral tiktok videos? A lot of tiktok videos tend to sample random snippets of music from viral foreign videos, and then play it on top of random activity either referencing or unrelated to the original, until all meaning is lost.
EDIT: like, if you look up onigiri dance, you can already see a bunch of videos inspired by this one.

@@UrMom-lr5gs It's an "Alternate Reality Game." It's a story that is produced through social media, where fictional characters have their own accounts and post like normal people. It's as if what is happening is just happening in an alternate version of our world. Oftentimes ARGs are very connected to the audience, having puzzles that lead to secrets, stuff like that. That's the gist of it.
The main reason I think PBC is going to be an ARG is because of the fact that Minako has a real-life instagram account. It's accessible to everyone now, but previously fans found it through a puzzle in the "Minako's room" video. I think there's going to be more secrets there and elsewhere as the story continues.

one thing i noticed is that starting with minako and ending with the robot, it seems like their dance is getting... slower? like, it gradually gets slower with each one
not sure if its supposed to be weird or if its just to go along with the music.. oh well, i love this! i've been watching it everyday :) its soo addicting

Talking about the emoji change, I also noticed that a new playlist was added to the channel with the name pink birch club, I really think Vivinos will turn this into a series or something like an ARG
I'm new here and have been loving it! I'm so sorry if this seems silly but I had a small theory about the frames.
The first thing I noticed about the animation was that Minako moved more fluidly than the other girls and now I know it's because she has more frames. My theory is that she has more frames and more fluid animation because she's alive and the other three aren't (though the robot is questionable). I thought of it like how zombies usually have really stilted and slowed movements as opposed to a living person. And if Gyaruko, Charlotte, and 24 are just reanimated corpses then they would be zombies in a way.
Might not make sense but just thought I would throw my hat in the ring!

my theory :
All of Minako's friends were actually alive, and the moment she realizes that she is alone, the spirits of her friends appear, because if you look at the slow-motion moment of the first video about this club, when failures occur, you can see Gyaruko's body in the bathroom (link to the second video), Charlotte's hand and a torn rabbit, the body of a robot girl without a heart.. perhaps Minako herself killed all her friends, and their ghosts now haunt her absolutely everywhere.
