My only concern is the grills in a gated community. Are people breaking into people's houses over there? It's just really sad that you pay a monthly HOA fee to live in a gated community with 24 hours security and you still have to grill up your place.

There are quite a few houses without grill. This might have just been a preference for the homeowner.

The amenities, are they inclusive to living there in that community or is there a monthly/annual charge?
As with most gated communities there would be a monthly/annual maintenance fee for security etc.
