Have owned this for a whole year and my wife was wondering why it wasn't working (we threw the instructions away long time ago) I do a quick search found your vid and all this time we never removed the lid 😂 thanks for helping 😅
Thanks for this. A couple of comments: 1) in the instructions I’ve read that you should move the thermometer head across your forehead from temple to temple whilst holding down the measure button. 2) the cover cap needs to click into place when you fit it. P.S. I hope baby is thriving😊

Hi, I just bought it two days ago and now it shows (CL) and another unclear letter, took batteries out and put them again and those letters show even without pressing the on/off button, room is ok not cold, so anyone knows why this happens? Thanks

I'm interested in the problem of permanently showing letters "Lo" and only one black element in the battery icon, which could be a sign of low power. I change to new DURACELL batteries and nothing changes. Every time I want to measure the temperature (in the ear, on the forehead or the object), I first jump out a dozen times "Lo" and then a temperature not exceeding 35, 00 C *
What do you say to me .. ??
Hi, I bougt one in Lidl too. My question si about accuracy. Which one is the right one? 1C difference between ear and forehead is enough. Try for example three times meter temperature on the same place. Each meter is different :-(. Thanks for review.

For me, all that matters is that the thermometer tells me if I have a fever or not - which I expect it to do. I don't have another thermometer so I really can't compare temperatures :/

how to solve the err problem?
Hello. That err problem happens when the ambient temperature is below 17 C. Try using it in a warmer room
i got this shit too, it shows totally inaccurate temperatures, and yes i know how to use it. I have old good liquid thermometer which is tested thousands of times and is accurate 99.9%, so if to compare what show liquid and this digital then digital is a low end shit.

maybe it was a defective unit? Hopefully you would have returned the thermometer and at least gotten your money back
You are not measuring the forehead in the way the manual suggests.
Yes, you're right - I'm not following the manual on that regard. I find
that it gives me a higher temperature if I slide it across the forehead
than just doing as I did.
