Only Gold pencil tile can be put directly on the wall without any other tiles could you please suggest me..our tile worker is saying it's impossible to put it because it will fall later he was saying like that

Check youtube for professional tile fixing tools and method, then you will realize how primitive method you are using. I am working in the same field in gulf country where we get famous branded tiles from Italy, Spain, Greece, and as per manufactures technical instruction we always sock the tiles

Sir wall per cutter se line lagaii lagti hai iss se majbuti aa jategi kya pakad per tiles ki
TILE seems not socked in water before fixing & the spatula using is not correct one for tile fixing, wasting lot of adhesive mixer.
There is no need to soak vitrified tiles in water and moreover we didn't waste the adhesive

I think paint should be removed from wall to strengthen the bond

The tiles will start loosing the bonding within 2 years because of not removing the paint
