Just finished your book today and wanted you to know I thought it was amazing. I truly feel the same way you do about trees, nature, and the seasons. It was really refreshing to have someone else acknowledge the way that nature affects us all. The section about Lynx had me in tears having lost one of my own fur babies just in August. Lydia, I know you’d ADORE box calf leather, the smooth glossy skin it the pride and joy of Hermes. The more marked and worn and broken in the more beautiful too. You’d be surprised how well it wears and how durable and it’s insanely more stunning and beautiful to look at.

I would recommend you to get as warm as you can to get well. When you live in cold regions (I mean not like Africa) most illnesses come from cold energy. The remedy is often hot tea, woollen clothing and socks, spices in coffee and food, hot shower, hot food (and making it warm after the fridge), staying in a warm bed longer etc. Also don't forget that stress is cold energy. Don't overwork, please. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

The shoulder tabs are called epaulettes. I would say the arms on your mock- up, are too tight as well. I would try it on with a shirt or jumper, you'll find it even tighter. Is this to be worn as a coat or dress? If a coat, I woulds also add it needs to have more fullness [ease] in the back, so you can move your arms forward.

anyone with a wide back/ shoulders knows her frustration. every jacket rips in the same place, I've worked out it's cheaper to just get custom made, repairs cost a fortune, if they even fit! also well done ali on scoring her the bag, its stunning! gorgeous with the neck collar.

Loved seeing the juxtaposition of the old Tower and new London. I visited the Tower in 1960, yea yea, and the only thing I remember is the Crown Jewels. Definitely hang the art on the doors and some in the wisteria bedroom. Those are your happy/ work places. Outside of the garden, kitchen and living room. You look great in black, it just work for every occasion, sweats to black tie. You need to try the coat on over the type of dress you will be wearing it with to make sure you have room. My go to for when I feel a cold coming on is garlic, yes odor is a problem, pineapple juice, and massive doses of D3, 50,000 to 100,000 iu , American measure. Yes, the world is a mess but God’s got it, confusing but true. Blessings.
Lydia, my colleague worked in the Tower of London. One of her roles was to count the loose diamonds under very strict security. She also told me how if anyone tried to steal the crown jewels, they wouldn't escape alive!

We've all just had a virus post covid 😓 I got laryngitis and sinusitis that lasted about 4-6 weeks, I plodded on through and Doc gave me 8 days of antibiotics and then I coughed up phlegm for about 2 weeks. It's really going around every second person has had it.

I think i'm going to do a simmer pot tonight with cinnamon and apple tea!! If you're not drinking it, you can add a touch of essential oils like cedar or vetiver for more exotic simmer scents ❤❤
Hi Lydia! Love you and your content! I have two positive suggestions if you don't mind - sparked by your comments in this post. First, how you were feeling in this post reminded me of my recent discovery about myself. If I am recalling correctly a while back you mention something about gluten intolerance or a wheat allergy? (Did I get that right?) Anyways, for years I struggled with feeling flu like off and on (runny nose, achy, feverish). And those we were times I'd reach for comfort foods as well - breads, hot cereals etc... that I normally don't eat a lot of, and I'd get worse. Come to find out through blood tests I have a mild wheat allergy that gives these symptoms! (Not Celiac's disease, not gluten intolerance). Mind you, I could have a little bitty bit of wheat here and there now, but when I have wheat more than a tiny bit once or twice a week - my runny nose and flu like symptoms return. You know yourself best, seek advice, not saying you are eating wheat or not and this is your issue, but wondered if this might be part of your puzzle piece, in how you feel. I'd also get more emotional, anxious and depressed if I have too much wheat. (Thank goodness there is corn, oats, and rice - those are satisfying if I want bready things without causing negative symptoms.) . I think it is great that you know your limits and slow down accordingly. No one else is in your shoes, You have to determine your pace. I pray you can get the restoration you need! Second - you mentioned how you might start a second channel because your regular veiwership might not appreciate the more expensive content presentation. I would consider myself your average viewer - and I beg you not to leave those high end products out of your content on this channel. I cannot afford them, but they and your presentation of them inspire me! I feel I have similar tastes as you, and want to see all that you love and enjoy. So what that some items I can't afford, I can translate your content into finding similar quaility items that are within my price catagory. For example, I can afford Coach, Fossil, and other quality leather goods. Your presentation of high end bags, help me style my current collection of bags in similar shape and color, or seek out affordable, yet attractive and durable alternatives from brands I trust and are in my price range. Same goes for clothing, decor, etc....Mixing it all together in various prices ranges as you have done in the past is helpful in curating and carving out our own styles. Those that don't like it, don't need to watch. I want to see ALL of Lydia, because you are my greatest influence on RUclips, on so many levels. In conclusion, I can't wait to get my hands on your book next year, it will become a coffee table favorite I am sure! Blessings to you and thanks in advance for reading this longgggg post! ~ Dy
