A lot of people think that the pipes that stick out the front or the facade if you will are the only pipes that make the music but there's a lot more that goes into ot than that. There are actually pipes enclosed in the organ box behind the pipes that you see or they can be surrounded throughout the church. So essentially you're playing one giant room.

@@Michael.Blackwood yeah for sure. It really is wonderful how much time and engineering goes into the work on one of these instruments. Especially how much work goes into tuning each individual pipe.
@@blameese no I actually didn’t. There is a tremolo stop on it but it doesn’t stay on when you pull it out. It sometimes wobbles when you push the keys too fast.. I think that’s a tracker thing

Actually this was full organ by the end. Odell is the maker, no reeds. You’ll hear Melodia and 15th for starting, I add in Prin 4 and Flute 4, and by the end we have our open diapason 8ft, Dulciana 8, and Gamba 8

This is an 1887 Odell organ from New York. It was restored to its “original state” in the 80’s.. thank you for your kind words! I actually really love the organ.
